The world through Daddy's phone

Cody finally decided to send me all of the cute pictures from his phone that I've been dying to have.  Here are a few of the good ones that he was keeping from me.

So this adorable thing happened.  People who know my kids, know that they don't like to sleep anywhere but their beds, and especially not when other people are around.  They like to be by themselves, not touching anyone, in a dark, quiet room.  Annie was so tired this day that she just flopped over and fell asleep on Everly.  Everly was in sister heaven.  She would let Annie do this any day.

For Cody's work party, we got to go to a place called "Wahooz."  It has bumper boats, mini-golf, go-carts, arcade, play structure, pizza, and bowling.  Everly thought it was so great that for several days she asked me if we could go to Wahooz after nap.  She says it in the cutest way.  She thought everything there was amazing except for the fire-shooting tiki-man at the end of the golf course.  She had to hide behind a bush.

Cody's been taking Everly fishing as much as he can at our local pond.  The pond is only a short walk from our house so they just load up the wagon and go.  It's really adorable.  It took a few times before they were able to catch an actual fish.  Everly was super excited and tried to feed it grass.

Our city hosted a fun hands-on event for public works day.  They lined up all the big trucks and let the kids get in them and honk the horns.  It was really the greatest thing ever.  This is Ev up in her beloved garbage truck.  She's fascinated by garbage trucks, so it was a big deal.
